True Partnership in Strength
The Unity Consortium is a
client service focused organisation which delivers a
complete development, construction project
management system to the Healthcare, Retirement and
Charitable sectors.
The Consortium has the internal skills to
manage developments of all types and sizes from
smaller residential schemes to major industrial
estates and specialist developments.
Our singular purpose and commitment
is to provide our clients with complete satisfaction and
the delivery of a quality competitive development system
from conception to the completed operational unit.
Our target is to simplify the complicated design
and construction process under the management of one
single point of contact.

The consortium
includes many substantial contractors, experienced
skilled architects, civil and structural engineers,
interior designers, quantity surveyors, planning
consultants and corporate financiers.
All members of the consortium are bound by the ten basic
principles of membership and the consortium is operated
on an internal totally competitive performance rewarded
basis. All
members have been subjected to a full vetting process
prior to membership. By creating and bonding together
such a substantial number of major organisations, we are
able to provide clients with a wide skill base, strength
in depth and substantial financial integrity which is
vastly greater than one single contractor would or could
provide on their own.
In a constantly changing and competitive environment the
level of flexibility, security and support which we
offer is second to none and ensures the procurement of
best value principles for the purposes of The Charities
Commission and Housing Corporation requirements.
Throughout the
process from conception to completion we operate a four
stage value engineering system which establishes and
delivers that essential balance of
quality and cost price efficiency and ensures
that projects are not only completed within the clients
budget but also on time.
